Our fullblood wagyu beef is 100% traceable to pure Japanese lineage and provides unmatched buttery flavor, rich marbling, and tenderness. This is the most sought-after beef on the planet and we promise it will not disappoint.

F1 wagyu
Our first-generation wagyu and Black Angus cross product, referred to as F1 wagyu, provides an elevated marbling and tenderness not achievable without the addition of wagyu genes, and comes at a more affordable price point.
